PUTRAJAYA: Four former directors of gold investment firm Genneva Sdn Bhd, who were convicted of money-laundering and receiving unlicensed deposits worth more than RM200mil, lost their bid for a review of their conviction and eight years’ imprisonment.
The three-man Court of Appeal panel comprising Yaacob Md Sam, Mohamad Zabidin Mohamad Diah and Yew Jen Kie dismissed the review application by the four men.
