KUALA LUMPUR: The Conference of Rulers could have been “ill-advised” on the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC), says Umno stalwart Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah (pic).
“Perhaps they had been advised that it could have an effect which may be detrimental to their positions as heads of states or as Rulers,” he said.
