GEORGE TOWN: Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng was back in court Monday (April 8) for his suit against former state Gerakan acting youth chief Jason Loo.

This is the second week the former chief minister was in the High Court, the first being to hear his suit against former state Gerakan chairman Teng Chang Yeow last week.

Lim has filed three suits against Loo on statements the latter made about him regarding the Peel Avenue land sale in 2017.

At least four assemblymen and a few of his supporters were at the court for the hearing Monday.

The case is slated for hearing for three days until Wednesday (April 10).
