Melaka MB urged to help with unsold bumiputra houses

MELAKA: Property developers in Melaka who are worried about RM504mil worth of unsold bumi units in the state are seeking the help of Chief Minister Adly Zahari.

The release levy between 20% and 10% for unsold bumi lots paid by developers could be channelled to the state government’s fund to help the bumiputra own houses, said Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia (Rehda) Melaka chapter chairman Datuk Seri Ngoh King Hua.
