Cops: Perlis mufti’s car fire could be act of sabotage

KANGAR: Police have reason to believe that the fire that enveloped Perlis Mufti Datuk Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin's car was an act of sabotage.

Perlis police chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Noor Mushar Mohamad told Bernama that the fire, which broke out at 5.45am on Friday (March 22), burned the car's engine and the left tyre.
