KUALA LUMPUR: In a strange twist of events, a man, who appeared to be in a daze, came to an MP's office to lodge a complaint, but later ended up being arrested.
The suspect, who visited the Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng's service centre on Wednesday (March 20), had come to make a report over an alleged police extortion case.
