MELAKA: Fishermen in Kuala Merlimau have complained about developing itchy rashes and having to endure an unbearable stench after black residue appeared in the waterway leading to their jetty.
They suspect that it was due to pollution caused by the illegal discharge of organic solvent by nearby factories.
