PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak was seen dozing off while his lawyer was arguing his case in the Court of Appeal.

A police officer who was sitting on the right side of the courtroom then walked over to Najib and touched the former premier on his shoulder and was seen uttering some words.
