KOTA KINABALU: Estate owners have been warned against allowing suspicious people from driving or travelling through their lands, as illegal routes have been discovered in these areas.
Most of the backdoor routes used by illegal immigrants and smugglers were through oil palm estates, said Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) Commander Datuk Hazani Ghazali.
