Two more PAS leaders questioned over alleged RM90mil from Umno

KUANTAN: PAS information chief Nasrudin Hassan is the next leader to be questioned in the investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) into allegations that the party received RM90mil from Umno.

The Islamist party leader arrived at the MACC office in Indera Mahkota here at 10.25am Friday (March 8).

Arriving ahead of him was Pahang PAS Dewan Ulama chief Mokhtar Senik, who was also called in for questioning.

Several PAS leaders, including party secretary-general Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan and Bachok MP Nik Abduh Nik Aziz, have already given their statements to the MACC on the matter.

The Sarawak Report news portal claimed in a report in 2016 that PAS leaders received RM90mil to support Umno and Barisan Nasional in the 14th General Election (GE14).
