PETALING JAYA: MCA has questioned the Attorney General's Chambers' (AGC) delay over the Penang undersea tunnel case, despite the first investigation paper on the scandal being opened in 2017.
MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong questioned why there was no decision yet whether to file any charges or close the case, despite investigations that have been going on for more than a year.
