KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court upheld the six-year jail term and RM5.4mil fine imposed on a former general manager of a subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) for corruption five years ago.
Judge Datuk Rozana Ali Yusoff yesterday dismissed the appeal from Dr Shahanom Uthman, 55, to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the Sessions Court in 2017.
