KOTA BARU: The Kota Baru Teachers’ Educational Institute in Pengkalan Chepa will be upgraded and turned into a training centre for teachers in Indochina, says Dr Maszlee Malik.
The Education Minister said this was decided after the ministry reviewed the functions of the institute, which was almost closed down by the previous government.
