KUALA LUMPUR: A total 1,485 illegals have been detained in an integrated nationwide operation by the Immigration Department.
Department director-general Datuk Khairul Dzaimee Daud said the arrests on Friday night were the result of inspections by the department with the co-operation of various agencies, including the National Registration Department and the Malaysia Civil Defence Force on 3,750 foreigners.
