KUALA LUMPUR: The case involving Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who is facing 47 charges, has been transferred to the High Court.
Sessions Court judge Rozina Ayob allowed the application after she was told by deputy public prosecutor from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Ahmad Sazilee Abdul Khairi that the High Court had acceded to the request by the defence team.
