PETALING JAYA: Arunachalam Kasi, the lawyer against whom Attorney General Tommy Thomas has initiated contempt proceedings, says he will challenge the committal proceeding against him as he has done no such thing.
The action against him relate to two articles published in the Aliran online portal which made the criticism in reference to the affidavit of Court of Appeal Judge Dr Abdul Hamid Abu Backer on alleged judicial misconduct.
