SEMENYIH: Police have opened eight investigation papers (IPs) from a total of 28 reports filed during the campaigning period for the Semenyih by-election since Feb 16.
Kajang Deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Sabri Abdullah said three of the IPs involved ceramah allegedly being held without permits.
