SEMENYIH: As the Semenyih by-election draws closer, Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) urges the state government to consider absorbing maintenance fees for residents in low-cost houses instead of exempting them from assessment tax.
Citing the Bangi Jaya low-cost flats, PSM candidate Nik Aziz Afiq Abdul claimed the RM66 monthly maintenance fee was burdensome on the residents.
