SEMENYIH: The police have opened eight investigation papers (IPs) from 28 police reports filed during the campaigning period for the Semenyih by-election since Feb 16.
Kajang Deputy OCPD Supt Mohd Sabri Abdullah said three of the IPs involved ceramah that were allegedly held without permits.
