KUALA LUMPUR: Ex-Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) chairman Prof Datuk Dr Sundra Rajoo has lodged a police report against Court of Appeal judge Datuk Dr Hamid Sultan Abu Backer over the latter’s affidavit which he said implicated him.
Lawyer Datuk Baljit Singh Sidhu confirmed that his client lodged the report at the Sentul police station yesterday afternoon.
