AG: RCI over judicial misconduct won't affect court proceedings

KUALA LUMPUR: All court cases will proceed as usual despite the Cabinet's announcement that a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) into allegations of judicial misconduct would be formed.

Attorney General Tommy Thomas (pic) said all cases will continue to be heard and determined by the superior and subordinate courts.
