GEORGE TOWN: The grandson of the late tycoon and philanthropist N.T.S. Arumugam Pillai who was charged with using a forged document as the will of his grandfather more than 20 years ago, was acquitted by a Sessions Court here.
Sessions judge Mazdi Abdul Hamid acquitted Datuk N. Vasantharajan without his defence being called at the end of the prosecution case.
