PETALING JAYA: The disruption of service at LRT stations was caused by a Power Supply Unit (PSU) failure.
Kelana Jaya LRT line chief operating officer Ismail Abdullah said it was a premature malfunction because the PSUs, which were manufactured in 1995, were supposed to have a life cycle of 28 years.
