Total trade volume between Malaysia and China reached a record high of US$108.6bil (RM443bil) in 2018.
PETALING JAYA: The government should handle diplomatic relations with China with care, says MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
"For the country's best interest, the government must then reorganise its Malaysia-China foreign relations strategy. It should not merely play up 'Malay supremacy' (Ketuanan Melayu) and adopt a confrontational attitude towards China," he said in a Facebook post.
