PORT DICKSON: The government is in the final stages of identifying the vendor who will be tasked with operating a new fuel subsidy mechanism as announced in Budget 2019, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail (pic).
The Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister said the government had to be meticulous in the selection process to ensure the successful vendor could carry out the RON95 fuel subsidy programme, expected to be introduced in stages from April.
