PETALING JAYA: PAS did not make any promises and Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is unleashing psychological warfare, says Terengganu Mentri Besar Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar.

The PAS elections strategist said that the letter Dr Mahathir is referring to is the one in support of the agenda to strengthen the Malay people, Islam and the people's agenda.
