SIBU: A former Pelagus assemblyman has lodged a police report on Sunday (Feb 17) against a viral message, which said that he was behind a syndicate that scammed 47 Malaysians with bogus high-paying jobs in Cambodia.
Sibu OCPD Asst Comm Stanley Jonathan Ringgit confirmed that Datuk Sng Chee Hua, 71, who was Pelagus assemblyman from 1991 to 2001, had filed a report at Lanang Police Station at 11.56am on Sunday (Feb 17).
