SEMENYIH: After filing his nomination papers for the Semenyih by-election on Saturday (Feb 16), independent candidate Kuan Chee Heng was greeted with a birthday song.
It turns out the by-election's nomination day also falls on the birthday of the social activist, also fondly known as “Uncle Kentang” or the “10-sen Man”.
