GEORGE TOWN: A senior citizen is appealing to the public to help locate his 16-year-old son who has been missing for a week.
The father of Mohamad Loqman Hakim Ismail (pic) said he was last seen at their home at Kampung Lahar Kepar, Kepala Batas, on Feb 9.
