KARACHI: Malaysia and Pakistan can assist each other in the development of their respective “blue economies” while they strengthen their naval ties, says Pakistan Navy’s Chief of the Naval Staff, Adm Zafar Mahmood Abbasi.
He said the blue economy, which involves the management of marine or ocean resources, held important opportunities for both countries in the future.
