KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has allowed the prosecution to withdraw its application to transfer the case of Datuk Rizal Mansor, who is facing four corruption charges relating to a solar hybrid systems project for rural schools in Sarawak, to be tried together with Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor's case.
High Court judge Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah made the ruling after hearing a submission by DPP Ahmad Akram Gharib.
