KUALA LUMPUR: Opposition parties can work together despite their differences in order to serve as a check and balance on the government of the day, said MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic).
He said the cooperation between Umno and PAS for the upcoming Semenyih by-election was normal.
