‘Kapcai’ speed cap likely to reduce deaths

KAJANG: “Kapcai” riders may have a speed limit imposed on them as the government sees this as one of the ways to reduce road fatalities.

Interestingly, the speed limit was proposed by the riders themselves who formed a WhatsApp group called Safety First.
