IPOH: Developers have been encouraged to buy the unsold bumiputra housing quota to allow the state to build more Rumah Perakku, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu (pic).
He said that this will not only benefit housing areas with a lower bumiputra quota allocation, it will also allow more people from the lower-income group to own affordable homes.
