> Kwong Wah Yit Poh reported a 30-year-old man had chopped his 42-year-old girlfriend into six parts because of relationship problems in Tainan, Taiwan.
The man, identified as Wu, strangled the woman, known only as Zhang, before stuffing her body parts in two luggage bags and throwing them into some bushes.
Police have since detained Wu for investigation.
The murder was discovered after Zhang’s son lodged a police report on Jan 24, claiming his mother had gone missing for two weeks.
On Friday, police found her car abandoned by the roadside.
Investigation showed that the car had been cleaned and that Wu had sat on the driver’s seat prior to that.
