KOTA KINABALU: The state government is committed to improving the livelihood of the elderly in Sabah, by providing assistance and coming up with relevant programmes.
Sabah Health and Wellbeing Minister Datuk Stephen Wong said these programmes include providing welfare grants to the elderly, setting up of activity centres for the elderly, purchase of prosthetics and support tools, as well as providing service institutions.
