GEORGE TOWN: Septuagenarian Robert Cheah may have lost part of his left leg but he has not lost his drive to be independent by zipping around town to deliver parking coupons.
The 71-year-old will, with a minimum purchase of RM60 worth of coupons, send them right up to his customers’ doorsteps in selected areas of Penang island on his four-wheeled motorcycle.
