SEPANG: Transport Minister Anthony Loke is among those featured in a five-minute-long video clip promoting road safety in conjunction with the coming Chinese New Year festivities.

The clip also features local artist Adibah Noor who performs a song titled Play Your Role, where she reminds motorists not to flout safety rules while on the road especially during festivities and also all year round.

There are several light-hearted scenes where Adibah takes on motorists who use their handphones while behind the wheel, including two mat rempit showing off their stunts.

The video was launched at the integrated operations and road safety campaign at the Dengkil Rest and Recreational Area here yesterday.

Others featured in the video clip include Deputy Transport Minister Datuk Kamaruddin Jaafar, General Insurance Association of Malaysia (PIAM) chairman Anthony Lee, Malaysian Tafakul Association chairman Muhammad Fikri Mohamad Rawi and PIAM CEO Mark Lim.
