KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has granted leave to seven individuals who want to initiate a judicial review to challenge the smoking ban at eateries.
Lawyer Mohamed Haniff Khatri Abdulla, representing the seven, said High Court judge Justice Azizah Nawawi had allowed the suit to proceed with amendments.
