CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The mood at the Pakatan Harapan elections operation centre in Brinchang Square was somewhat down, as candidate M. Manogaran congratulated Barisan Nasional's Ramli Mohd Noor for his win.
However, Manogaran said there were still positives to derived from this by-election, especially inroads made by Pakatan Harapan among orang asli voters.
