KOTA KINABALU: Folks in Tamparuli, Tuaran and its surrounding areas have been warned to stay alert for a samurai sword-wielding man, who is on the run after he attacked an Australian man on Jan 24.
Tuaran police chief Deputy Supt Dzulbaharin Ismail said the Filipino suspect known as Roy, in his 30s, might be armed with a samurai sword which he used in the attack following a misunderstanding at Kg Kiwoi Tamparuli.
