CAMERON HIGHLANDS: The police have referred a report over a government vehicle allegedly misused by Pakatan Harapan during campaigning to the Election Commission.

Cameron Highlands OCPD Deputy Supt Ashari Abu Samah said the EC would decide on the next course of action.

He said a Pahang Forestry Department employee also lodged a report over the same allegation at about 4.50pm on Tuesday.

“In the report, the employee defended his action of handing over a four-wheel drive to Raub MP Tengku Zulpuri Shah Raja Puji,” Supt Ashari said.

A video clip, which has since gone viral, shows a Pakatan flag attached to the vehicle, believed to belong to the department.

The footage also shows a group of people confronting two occupants in the vehicle.

A Jalur Gemilang flag hanging at the door was pulled away to reveal a Pakatan flag.

The second flag was then removed, revealing the Forestry Department’s logo stamped on the door.

The driver was wearing a Pakatan T-shirt and political flyers were also seen in the vehicle.
