IGP: We're working with Turkey to track down 52 M'sians in Syria, Iraq

KOTA KINABALU: Malaysia is working with the Turkish authorities to bring back 52 Malaysians in Syria who are involved in Islamic State (IS) terrorism activities.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun said following the rescue of a 31-year-old Malaysian woman known as Aisyah and her two children in October last year, other families whose relatives were in Syria for similar reason had come forward to request assistance from the police.
