Pahang MCA Youth to Pakatan leaders: Be like Phee, oppose abolition of death penalty

PETALING JAYA: MCA has urged Pakatan Harapan leaders to emulate Penang executive councillor Phee Boon Poh (pic) of the DAP who signed a petition by MCA Youth opposing the proposal by the government to abolish the death penalty.

Pahang MCA Youth secretary Saw Yee Fung said the DAP, which had always supported the abolition of the death penalty, finally appeared to have its first elected representative opposing the government’s proposal to do away with capital punishment.
