KOTA KINABALU: Social activist Andrew Ambrose feels that the term 'natives' in Sabah could be changed to 'indigenous' to give them a stronger voice internationally.
Andrew, better known as Atama, who was recently appointed the permanent representative for indigenous populations (Dayaks) in the United Nations, said the change in terms for the community proposed by Malaysia's Chief Justice Tan Sri Richard Malanjum was revolutionary.
