GEORGE TOWN: Penang Gerakan has criticised the state for allowing the federal government to take over the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) which was established during the era of the party stalwart, the late Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu.
Its chairman Oh Tong Keong claimed that the move had rendered the state government “powerless”.
