PETALING JAYA: Using the curfew approach is just one part of an Icelandic model to solve the problem of social ills among teenagers in the country, says a psychologist from the United States.
Harvey Milkman, an American psychology professor at the Reykjavik University, said after-school activities was a major part of the model that has contributed to the decline of substance abuse and other social problems among Icelandic youth.
