Chief Justice says will respond to summons by Karpal's daughter

KOTA KINABALU: Chief Justice Tan Sri Richard Malanjum says he will file an affidavit-in-reply to a legal challenge by the daughter of the late Karpal Singh.

The action, in the form of an originating summons, was filed by lawyer Sangeet Kaur Deo in connection with the alleged interference by the judiciary in the outcome of her father's sedition case and on the religious conversion of three Hindu children.
