SEREMBAN: A primary school teacher convicted of leaking UPSR exam papers will know on Feb 20 if the Sessions Court judge had acted unfairly by not allowing his defence to recall two important witnesses during a retrial.
L. Subbarau @ Kamalanathan’s defence team had applied but were denied the opportunity to recall Malaysian Examination Board director Datuk Dr Na’imah Ishak and the investigating officer for the case last year.
