SEREMBAN: A primary schoolteacher who was sentenced to five years' in jail for leaking the UPSR exam papers will, on Feb 20, know if a Sessions Court judge had been prejudiced against him by not allowing him to recall two important witnesses during his re-trial.
L. Subbarau @ Kamalanathan's defence team made the application to recall Malaysian Examinations Board director Dr Na'imah Ishak and the investigating officer for the case during the retrial early last year but it was rejected by the trial judge.
